What you'll actually do:

You're the person making sure orders don't turn into chaos. That means:

• Taking in customer orders (sometimes clean, often not)
• Figuring out the right vendor — price, availability, speed — it's a puzzle
• Communicating with vendors and customers (email + phone)
• Catching errors before they become expensive problems

It's part logistics, part customer service, part detective work. And yes — details matter. A lot.

What winning looks like:

• You catch things other people miss
• You don't need reminders to follow up
• You get faster without getting sloppy
• Customers trust you (even when things go haywire)

What we're looking for:

• Detail-oriented (perhaps obsessively)
• Comfortable on a computer all day
• Good communicator without needing face-to-face interaction
• Able to juggle multiple things without melting down
• Excel skills = big plus (actual Excel skills, not "I've opened it before")
• A personality
